This very rare Michael Jordan card is from the very rare set of 1991 Skybox Canadian Minis. Only 300 cards graded from this set by PSA. The Jordan card alone from this set has less than 200 graded, and has a low 6% gem rate---which is why high grades in this set are rare and are expensive. 

These tiny cards were found in potato chips bags in Canada in the early 1990s. Very rare, and very cool cards to collect!
