~Description~
Here we have a FABULOUS 19th c Butter Dish. Folks,
this is one of the finest butter dishes you will ever have the pleasure of
adding to your collection. Made by the illustrious silver plate makers Simpson
Hall and Miller! Engraved with the sweetest scene of a little cherub boy and
goat on either side (my pictures do not do this justice!) and held up by figural
cherubs on the bottom. The top snaps in place and when opened the two sides spin
down to reveal a place for butter or cheese with its original insert. Don't miss
your chance !
**Size**
It is 12"
tall and 7" wide
**Condition**
