Shipping:

Winning Auctions will be shipped out immediately after cleared payment on the same or next business day. For Holidays or auctions completed during the weekend, items will be shipped out the following business day. A tracking number will be provided for all shipped items. We use USPS, UPS, FedEx, and DHL for our shipping needs. If the provided method of transportation for a listing is different than is what desired, please attach a buyer's note or message me so that a new method may be coordinated. 

Payment Information:

We accept PayPal. If another form of payment is desired, please inquire via eBay messages. All California residents will be charged 7.75% sales tax. In addition, payment is required in full after the auction has completed. All auctions are required to be paid in full within three days of auction or purchase completion. If not, an eBay unpaid item case will be opened. If one is planning on winning or purchasing multiple auctions, please inform me via message so that I may hold your item and not open a case for an unpaid item. 

International Buyers:

Buyer is responsible to pay custom fees that pertain to your country?s rules & regulations, with no exceptions. We will not mark any sold item as a ?gift?. 

Terms of Sale:

All items are Pre-Owned unless otherwise marked as being Brand New. Actual images of items listed for auction are shown above except in cases where multiple quantities for the same product are listed. Returns may be allowed on items if they fail to be represented accurately by the auction. The winning bidder has 14 days to return the item in the condition it was shipped, with the return shipping costs being paid by the Buyer. Should the item show wear from use, the Buyer will be charged a fee to refinish the item won at auction. All items are guaranteed authentic and have been verified by jewelry experts. Should a buyer have any doubts regarding a won auction, message me and I will help process the return, if desired.
