Custom Made Medical Grade Stainless Steel Parrot Cage - USED (purchased for $3,800)

This cage was custom made for my Congo African Grey 15 years ago by an individual in Florida that had his own business. It will never corrode or rust, which is great, because if your FID (feathered kid) enjoys splashing around or taking a bath in his / her water bowl just for fun and the water winds up on the stainless steel tray at the bottom of his cage (mine would do this when I vacuumed) you have nothing to worry about, other than cleaning it up.

Cage Dimensions:  69" H x 38" W x 30" D  (From the grate to the top of the cage is 48-1/2" and the width of the door is 18".) Cage Weight: approx.175 lbs. There is a security / safety lock that is on the center of the door and another one a little further below it. There is, also, a lever that covers the top of the door (in case the security / safety lock isn't secured).1" bar spacing - made for medium size parrots like an Amazon or African Grey or a small cockatoo like a Goffin. The Custom Feeder System ($300 value) is attached to outside of cage, so you never come in contact with your parrot - may come in handy when you have other trusted friends bird-sitting if / when you are away on work trips or vacations. The system holds 3 stainless steel bowls (6" around x 2-1/2" deep), one for each covered compartment. **5 rings attached at top of cage for hanging swings, toys or treats. 2 manzanita wood perches (that hang from front to back), 1 cactus perch and 1 other wood perch are included.There is a slide-out stainless steel tray at the bottom of the cage that is 9" below the bottom grate, so your parrot can never reach the waste droppings of food or excrement, newspaper (or whatever you line your cage with) and anything else that falls through.

Slide-Out Grill / Grate has a handle plus a lever that holds the grate in place (so your curious little FID doesn't try to push / pull it out).

*** LOCAL PICK-UP ONLY *** I paid $400 for this cage to be crated & shipped to me from Florida.  Since this cage will be sold at such a bargain price, I believe the best way for this cage to reach your home is to be carried by pick up truck or truck rental.
