The S-series samplers from Akai are arguably the best 16-bit samplers in the world. This AKAI sampler has great sounds, is very powerful and features plenty of RAM and polyphony. These units are still popular and in use today by producers and engineers worldwide as you can't beat the sound of these classic AKAI units. The S5000 is extremely similar to the S6000. • This unit has been upgraded. 72MB of RAM, PC VOX 64 card - giving the unit 128 voices, brand new Gotek & 16GB USB with some sounds loaded to get you started.
