Maker: Makers marked 'CC in Diamond' Numbered '833'
Solid brass spokes and centre, with hollow outer ring, painted black.
There is some dirt or grit inside the hollow ring, but there are two small breather holes, so with a bit of patience, could possibly be emptied.
In very good condition. No damage, not cracks or heavy wear.
