I am a very experienced shipper, having shipped thousands of items on eBay alone. If you look at my f/b you will see that my buyers are very satisfied with my packing and shipping service - I've been doing this for years before eBay existed. I will pack your item securely, however, shipping is at the expense/risk of the buyer, therefore, this is being sold “AS-IS”, “WHERE-IS”, with all faults, no warranties, no return, no refund, sale is final.  Please, inspect and ask questions, before bidding.  Thank you.

Pick-up with cash is much preferred, is FREE, and allows the bidder to inspect before buying.  Payment due at close of auction.

$40 SHIPPING w/i the USA if buyer takes all the books!  Single book shipping is $6.99* for the first book, $3.99 for each additional book.  International bidder, please contact me for an exact shipping quote, before bidding.

*A note on shipping expense.  eBay charges a final value fee of 20-25% on, not only shipping, but tax, too!?!  Additional expenses: packaging, delivering the item to the carrier, actual shipping cost (FedEx continues to raise their charges 5% every year) including insurance, and if media or international, waiting in line at USPS for 15-45 minutes.  Therefore, if the shipping looks a little high, I never see 20-25% of what I ask for.

Normally, I would make this auction with a 14 day return guarantee.  Ebay has recently begun a "defects, return" requirement.  Which states that only so many returns will be allowed a seller, per year.  When combined with eBay's rule allowing a buyer to return for no reason at all, this is a recipe for disaster.  Liberal returns, will no longer be considered by sellers.  I will reduce the 14 day guarantee auctions which I post.  Now buyers will not have the return guarantees, and the sellers will be sanctioned, for allowing too many returns.  Therefore, eBay has, once again, promulgated rules which do not help either the buyer or seller, and only make both buyers and sellers look for alternative sites.  Buyers are still covered by the eBay money back guarantee, if an item is materially, not as described in the listing.

I FOLLOW ALL EBAY POLICES AND STRIVE FOR 5-STAR SERVICE EACH AND EVERY TRANSACTION. WHEN YOU GIVE 4 STARS IT MAY SEEM LIKE A GREAT SCORE, BUT, A 4 ON ANY STAR IS 4.0 AND EBAY CONSIDERS THIS A SUB-PAR MARK SINCE THE REQUIREMENT IS 4.40. IF YOU ARE PLEASED WITH THE TRANSACTION PLEASE RESPOND WITH ALL 5 STARS. IF YOU ARE NOT PLEASED LET ME KNOW AND WE WILL WORK TO MAKE IT THAT WAY.

In the rare event of an "Item not as described" claim, returns or refunds will only be accepted based on my description and photos, not information pertaining to the eBay catalog or item specifics. Please see my listing and photographs carefully as these are the only items included. If an item is not photographed or listed it is not included, nor assumed to be.
