For sale as pictured: a Shelcore wind-up musical "radio" music box, new old stock, in the box. The toy plays Brahms' Lullaby via a Sankyo or Sankyo-style spring-powered comb music box mechanism. It features an adorable dog picture whose eyes move back and forth as the music plays; it has an on-off switch that activates the music-playing mechanism. The box is dated 1997; Shelcore had manufactured this design in various colors since at least 1990.

Shelcore was an American toy manufacturer founded in New Jersey by Sheldon Greenberg; it was acquired by Chinese conglomerate Matrix Holdings in 2005 now produces toys under the Funrise brand name. Early Shelcore products were fun and interesting, jockeying for the same toddler toy space dominated by Fisher Price. This toy is remarkably similar to the classic FP Musical Radio (if you're over 35, you almost certainly had one as a kid.)
