Franklin Mint Wizard of OZ 1988 Portrait Sculptures Figure Shelf/ Cabinet.  This shelf has been modified.  There is a plexiglass cover with 3 hinges attached to it to help protect whats inside.  The wood has some scuffs, scratches dings, etc.  there is a small chip on the upper right corner.  Check all pics for better idea of condition.
