Vintage watch or key fob from, I believe, the 1970's. That is when the owner was in the heavy duty equipment era, as a contractor.  Brass fob measures 1-3/8" x 2".  Buckle  rusty.  Band is 7" and is brown.  Lots of discoloration on the band.  Yellow on front of fob is missing in some areas. See pics.  Mostly on the bottom line.  Front:  PAYLOADER  PAYDOZER and in circle: The Frank G Hough Co.  Back has:  State Equipment Company  Philadelphia, Penna  Green Duck Co  Chicago.   Really rare piece.  From a clean and dry, non-smoking environment.  I do combine shipping and use recycled packing.
