Description
This bracket clock reproduces the clocks of the 17thC celebrated family FROMANTEEL. The ebonised case with ormolu finials/mounts and single chain fusee timepiece movement. Includes pendulum and key. Offered for restoration.
The movement ticks over and the pendulum will require a new suspension. Includes winding key.
The ebonised case with some loss/damage including two finials from the back of the roof, a chip to the front of the roof on the left side and general wear to the finish.
This clock offered for sale BY AUCTION with NO RESERVE.
Weighs 6.5kg before wrapping. The clock measures 11.5" (29.5cm) wide, 6" (15cm) deep and stands 16.5" (42cm) high.
