It is in good working condition.  When the camera is turned on, it states that it does not recognize the battery, so you set the date and it works fine.  The camera bag has a tear along a seam of about 5 inches that does not affect the security of the contents.  You can see it in the picture.  The box pictures a lens on it that is not included in this package.  The package includes all items listed below:
