In good working condition.  I cleaned as best as I could but there may still be some paint remnants under where the disc goes...just normal stuff for a used paint stripper.  Comes with a used disc to use to try out before using the new disc.  Spins quite fast.  Handle adjusts out as shown.  Comes with original box
