The gearbox works but has a rotating sound matching road speed indicating that a bearing or pinion is worn. Therefore requires investigation and repair/ refurbishment prior to fitting.
This was taken out of a 2018 MY Mazda CX-5 2.2D 150PS 2 wheel drive at approximately 72,000 miles. May fit other Mazda models with the same engine from circa 2017 onwards, but bidders should confirm this themselves.
