Fenton oval shaped bell in a very pretty blue topaz shade. Hand painted textured grapes and foliage. Diamond optic design. Signed by J. (Jeanne) Cutshaw and has the Fenton logo just above the signing. Measures 6 1/2" tall, oval base is approximately 3 1/2" x 2 1/2". No original box.
