Everything is tested, the floppies are in perfect working order as are the monitor and the Apple II, the power supply has been completely delivered so there will be no problems in the future. Same thing for the Philips monitor. A universal rom card has also been added and the datanetics switches (which have a reputation for being real crap) have been replaced with cherry mx switches.
After the success of the first Apple II in the United States, Apple expanded its market to include Europe and Asia in 1978, with the Apple II Europlus (Europe) and the Apple II J-Plus (Japan). In these models, Apple made the necessary hardware, software and firmware changes in order to comply to standards outside of the US. The power supply was modified to accept the local voltage, and in the European model the video output signal was changed from colour NTSC to monochrome PAL — an extra video card was needed for colour PAL graphics, since the simple tricks Wozniak had used to generate a pseudo-NTSC signal with minimal hardware didn't carry over to the more complex PAL system. In most other countries the international Apple was sold with an unmodified American keyboard; thus the German model still lacked the umlauts, for example. For the most part, the Apple II Europlus and J-Plus were identical to the Apple II Plus. Production of the Europlus ended in 1983.

Tutto è testato, i floppy sono perfettamente funzionanti così come il monitor e l'Apple II, l'alimentatore è stato recappato completamente quindi non ci saranno problemi in futuro. Stessa cosa per il monitor Philips. È stata aggiunta anche una scheda ROM universale e gli switch Datanetics (che hanno la reputazione di essere delle vere schifezze) sono stati sostituiti con switch Cherry MX.
Dopo il successo del primo Apple II negli Stati Uniti, nel 1978 Apple allargò il proprio mercato fino a includere l'Europa e l'Asia, con l'Apple II Europlus (Europa) e l'Apple II J-Plus (Giappone).
