It comes with an 8gb micro SD card and adapter (instead of having to rely on the MS Pro Duo cards)

Cosmetically it has scratches and signs of use but is fully working. I would say the condition is average. 

I can't vouch for how long the battery lasts as it's been a long time since I used it but it is holding a charge.

Comes with a USB charging / data cable

Left button on D Pad is slightly spongy. Still works.
