Welcome... Here we have--what I think to be--some sort of Decorative Plate from a J.W. TUFTS Soda Fountain Machine...

* I am no expert in such items... I am selling this for a retired and moved away friend who used to travel all over the country going to auctions. 

* He tells me that he (1) got this at the same auction where he acquired a clearly marked Tufts Apparatus Soda Fountain Backbar Emblem (that I sold here separately several months ago), and (2) thinks it to be from a smaller Tufts Soda Fountain machine (but cannot find a photo of it in use).

* It is certainly made of a very similar metal--and has the same look--as the Tufts-marked piece I recently sold.   

* NO MARKINGS... I thought I saw some letters in that irregularly shaped figure near the top of the back. I took lots of photos, but I see nothing that means anything to me. 

* I post with many photos and hope that someone recognizes it... 

* MEASURES 11-1/4" wide X 3-3/4" tall (at its tallest point)...

USED... Exhibits lots of fine scratching and has some spotty staining scattered about. It is also a bit dusty in the many crevices and has several very small nicks along the edges. Back shows the pictured staining and patina. Sits quite flat. The two hanging holes show very light wear.   

Please inspect pics carefully BEFORE bidding and do not bid if you expect to receive items that are somehow "better" than the ones pictured and described here.
