Offered for sale is a DVD box set of ‘The Sweeney - The Complete Series' the acclaimed TV series originally broadcast on ITV between 1975 and 1978. This 14 disc DVD set, which was released in 2014, features all 53 episodes that were shown on TV. The show features a strong cast including John Thaw and Dennis Waterman and is still regarded as one of the best TV shows of its kind even almost 50 years later. 

This set is in nice condition for its age; the case, inserts and discs are all in good condition and appear to have been used very little. The discs have all been tested and play fine.

All in all, this is a nice set of this hard-to-find series, and could make a great gift from somebody.
