▶Storage: IF NOT IN USE - Store the fabric in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight. Avoid compressing or folding the fur for extended periods to prevent matting.
Remember to always put the quantity of fabric you are buying on the quantity box.

Returns are accepted within 14 days of USPS/UPS confirmed delivery only in the event that the item you received was NOT what you ordered! In which case we will pay for return shipping and issue you a FULL REFUND!
Any items received damaged or defective should be reported within 2-3 business days of receipt.
Please email us with a picture of the damage, or erroneously sent item. Include in your email your name, the order number, and reason for return. We will then promptly contact you and give you directions on how to return the item(s).
Once the package is returned to us. we will either replace the item or refund the customer for the purchase price agreed upon.
