Sleeveless, but ruffle acts as cap sleeves. Stay up band around inside of top bodice. Set in waist. Concealed side zip. High low hemline with flounce hem. Knee length in front, maxi length in back. Classically styled, 1930s inspired, this is a true desk to dinner dress.
