Body is Alder, fingerboard and neck are made of one-piece maple. The pickups are Texas Special (original) and have a good amount of power, perfect for not only Strat's original sparkling tone but also powerful riff sound. The neck is easy to grip and moves smoothly from side to side. This is Fender's 60th anniversary model. The body has a lot of paint cracks as you can see in the photos, but the Alder wood is very beautiful. Other than that, it is in good condition considering its age.
