Vtg Heavy Thick Calphalon NFS Commercial Hard Anodized 3 Qt Saucepan w/Lid Pan.

This vintage Hard Anodized Nonstick 3 quart pot is Calphalon’s commercial cookware from Toledo Ohio. It measures 10.5” in diameter and 21” from handle to handle. It is 3” deep and 5” high with lid on. It features a flat-bottomed design, easy-to-clean surface coating and tight-fitting lid that can be used as a pan. This pan is in very good condition with some minor scuffs on lid.

The original name of Calphalon was Commercial Aluminum Cookware Company. It was started in 1963 and sold mostly to commercial kitchens using the NFS Commercial Cookware marking. The company changed its name to Calphalon in 1997 and began selling primarily to the retail market. These are heavy duty pans made out of aluminum that is hard anodized inside and outside, no teflon.
