Pre-war circa 1925-30 Webley Scott Mark II Air Pistol .177 cal Blued finish, Walnut wood grips, Brass logo Serial Number 26743. Pump/spring seems very strong.

This is a very rare version made in the UK for sale in the USA by A.F. STOEGERLING Inc., New York and stamped accordingly.  Based on what I see on the internet these are highly sought after in the UK and US.

I found a skewer that fits well inside the barrel and it measures 4.5mm in diameter which is .177 caliber from what I read. Definitely not 5.5mm, which would be 22 caliber.  If this approach is not to your satisfaction please let me know what I can do to help.

I bought this from an old dude living in a trailer in the boonies, said he'd had it for years but needed cash.  I do not know these guns, but my son who does looked at it and said it looks to be in good shape other than some rust spots on the frame. We have tried to show these in the images...if you need more or different images, please ask before bidding/buying/offering. Otherwise sale is As Is and Final

I have no accessories, paperwork or original packaging for this piece

PLEASE ASK ANY QUESTIONS BEFORE BIDDING

WHEN WE SAY "MAKE AN OFFER", WE MEAN IT...WE WANT OUR PIECES TO GO TO THOSE WHO REALLY WANT THEM AT FAIR PRICES, SO WE'RE WILLING TO BARGAIN

THE FINE PRINT!!!! We think E-baying is fun and we like to keep our trading partners happy. In that spirit, here are our operating guidelines…please check them over and be sure you agree to abide by them before bidding. Most of our items are vintage, antique or hard to find items, so they may not be perfect. We do our best to identify brand/models numbers and specify any flaws in the items offered, but if you need more information or notice a discrepancy between the photo and the written description, please ask for clarification BEFORE bidding (This helps us learn about the items we offer too!). ALL ITEMS ARE OFFERED “AS IS” so please ask any questions about an item before bidding. If you do receive an item damaged in transit or have a problem with the item, please contact us immediately for resolution. We look forward to posting positive feedback around 10 days after shipping, and once feedback is posted the sale is final. Please contact us within 3 days of item closing and pay within 7 days of closing. We will remind you twice of your contact/payment obligations, after which negative feedback will be posted. We strive to ship as soon as possible, but we do travel a fair amount and may not be able to ship for several days to a week. We keep up with e-mail as best we can while traveling and will let you know as promptly as possible if there will be a delay with shipping. If you must have an item immediately, please e-mail first to see if we will be able to accommodate you. We do NOT try to make money on Shipping and Handling but must charge a flat fee that is a little more than the actual shipping charge because packing materials cost, it takes gas to go to the Post Office and mostly because it is easier than figuring out what each item might cost to ship to a given place. Please factor our shipping charge into what you are willing to pay for the item. Shipping and Handling includes careful packaging and shipping by Priority Mail unless otherwise specified or requested (like for books or large/heavy items better shipped by Media Mail or UPS). We will try to work with you on this (as long as you’re nice) but please note that we may have to charge extra for the time and expense of doing this (UPS is a lot farther away than the PO!), so it may not actually be cheaper! Thanks for looking at our auction and be sure to check out the other great items we are offering!! We try to offer things in batches so we may have more things of interest to you.
