I am listing this as used but all contents look new. I believe this is likely complete but I am selling as is. There was a bunch of red foam on the bottom that was falling apart, so i did my best to clean it all out. The motor looks real nice. Lots of parts and instructions. I don't know anything about this, other than what the box says, which is that this is a flywheel drive power conversion kit for an EMD E-7 Road Diesel Locomotive. part # 17608F.
