Vintage New Unknown Diesel Model Engine with Muffler. Turns over easily with good compression. 

Anybody can shed any info on this engine, will be great. Its bigger than a 2.5cc that I am sure.

Hi, your engine is an AURORA diesel made in India. They were made in a couple of different sizes - yours probably is the 5cc K-500 but there was a 6cc size K-600 as well. Hope this helps !
