This is an auction; it is not a Buy It Now (BIN) listing.
If you want a BIN, add 30% onto the auction price. This will require a re-listing and may expose the item to other bidders. If I cant do this for you (eg: cannot get to Post Office in time), I will advise asap.

Shipping is via Parcel Post $11
I do not make money on shipping. If the invoice amount > the satchel cost, you will receive a refund of the excess at around the time of the tracking update or within 24 hours. Even for small refunds. Lots of my buyers buy multiple items & pay multiple shipping upfront for convenience & they know I will refund them promptly.
Combined shipping: To combine shipping, let me know which specific items you want to combine before the earliest auction ends. Also they must all end within 7 calendar days of each other.
Paying for combined shipping: If you want combined shipping, do not pay individually for the items. Wait for the combined invoice. If you pay invoices individually, I will always refund the excess shipping when I do the tracking update or soon after.
Handling period: Ebay allows a 2 business day handling period b/w the time you pay & the time the item is posted. Handling always expires at midnight on a business day.
Tracking: All Parcel Post satchels are tracked with Aust Post. You can review the progress of the item on their website by clicking the tracking number in your Orders area. Aust Post also provides an estimated delivery time. Please ask me about any item which hasn’t arrived after the Australia Post delivery due date or if the tracking shows a journey which looks unexpected.
Has it been sent yet? Easy. Check the ebay tracking field. Best to check this after the handling period has expired, namely after midnight. If you see tracking, the parcel is on its way. I insert all tracking numbers by end of day (midnight) on the day of posting.
Express Post instead of Parcel Post? Please request it before the auction ends. Subject to being able to provide this to you, I will issue the updated invoice first & then I will cancel the initial invoice (in that order). I do not upgrade shipping once an invoice is paid.
Discounts: Everyday low prices & margins mean no discounts. This includes no volume discounts & no best price requests. Use “Best Offer” where available. No exceptions.
Offline requests: I do not discuss pricing off line via ebay email. Everything must go through the ebay listing system. If the price you want isn’t available through the listing, then emails wont assist you.
Pick ups: No pick ups, no meet ups & I don’t drink coffee.
Retraction for Wrong Amount: Retracting bids due to “Entered wrong amount” requires entry of the correct amount. Misusers of the retraction will be reported & blocked. No exceptions.
Non payers: Non payers are reported & blocked. No exceptions.
Abuse of the returns process: Abusers of the returns process, will be reported & blocked. Change of mind masquerading as “not as described” = abuse of the returns process. Don’t. Go. There.
Can I exchange or get credit? No.
Holds? No holds
Faulty item? If you have a faulty item, I do not give discounts but I can give refunds upon return of the item. Proceed through the ebay claim system.
Communication: I don’t carry a cell phone around with me & I check into ebay probably once a day late in the day. If you don’t like my slow pace, I encourage you to go elsewhere where the pace & the prices are higher.
