Here we have a stunning Large Moorcroft vase in the High Society design in the shape 46/10, marked as a trial piece made in 2012. This was designed by Paul Hilditch, and went on to be produced in a limited edition of 100 in 2013 as part of the Legacy Collection currently with an RRP of around £1,300.

This is a very special and rare piece indeed based on a sketch of the world in London in the year 1913, made to celebrate the 100th birthday of W. Moorcroft LTD.

Excellent condition overall, no chips or crazing. However , it is marked as a red dot, as many trial pieces are, due to a small crack in the glaze (not the vase itself) which is hardly noticable on display. See photos for further information.

Measures approx. 30.5cm high.
