SHIPS IN TWO BUSINESS DAYS.
You get one  MINT-SEALED COIN SIMILAR TO WHAT IS SHOWN HERE:

2017 SILVER proof 2 1/2 CENTS
"HEART TRANSPLANT
WITH JHB FLYPRESS PRIVY MARK  (MINTAGE ONLY 251 COINS)
I've added a video that shows an example of this coin. The one in the video has been opened 5 years ago and who knows what conditions the owner kept it in and how many times they opened the capsule. The advantage to buying mint sealed is that the coin is almost always better than buying a second hand coin! The one in the video is for sale in a separate listing and is reduced in price due to it's "used" condition.
This coin is called a "Tickey" and is revered in South Africa. It is given as a good luck wedding present in South Africa and is widely collected by the populace.
I am a big fan of South African coins and usually they have great coin designs - and this one ranks with the very best.
This coin is part of the long-running "South African Inventions" series. The 2017 coins featured "the Heart Transplant" . The person that invented the process and performed the first procedure did so in South Africa and his initials are on the coin.
SEE MY OTHER LISTINGS FOR VARIATIONS OF THIS COIN (DIFFERENT PRIVY MARKS OR NO MARK).
I ALSO HAVE THE MUCH LARGER 1-OZ R2 HEART TRANSPLANT COIN FOR SALE.
This comes in mint-sealed plastic which includes the coin, capsule, certificate and mint pouch.
This is a small coin and is similar in size to a US dime / 10 cent coin. A U.S. dime is 17.91mm in diameter and this coin is 16.3mm and is slightly smaller than a dime.
This was sold by the mint for $40 and is no longer available from the South African Mint and its technical status is "sold out".
My asking price includes domestic shipping and is a very reasonable price, especially since the coin is mint-sealed and no longer available from the mint. At the time that I started this listing there was one of these coins listed for sale here for $89 but it is not new and not mint sealed. So you do have options if you prefer second-hand and don't mind paying more to avoid the excitement of opening a mint sealed package for the first time.  If you have a bad heart you may want to pay more for the second-hand one just to cut down on the excitement level?
This is mint-sealed and thusly there are no returns on this item.

Did you know that this tickey is designed to fit into a circular slot on the Heart Transplant R2?   It's designed so that heart on the Tickey is part of the body but in much greater detail.   The 2021 EYEBALL coins (actually the Retinal Cryogenic Probe) , the 2 1/2 Cent and R2, also have this same clever design!

I sell sealed sets of other Tickeys and South African coins also.
You may want to check out my other items as I have lots of South African silver coins, included graded and raw coins.  I list other types of South African silver coins several times per month.
