Up for your consideration is a rare and amazing armed Civil War Soldier ambrotype. This was picked up by my Grandfather somewhere in his many travels. He was a British Military Officer during World War II and later a Diplomat. This piece has been displayed in my office for many years. A real conversation piece. This 1860's photograph depicts a Civil War soldier in exquisite detail.
