Used Vivitar Pentax PK Mount Extension Tubes with Case, AT-22 - 36, 20, 12mm.  Overall like new with front and back covers.  Case is included and in good shape.  While I have not used these, I don't foresee any issues given what they are.  I will combine shipping costs, please let me know prior to purchase.
