WW2 Royal Navy Square Rig Serge  Jumper and Bell Bottoms Uniform of the type worn during and just after WW2


Fantastic matched and named set dating to during or just after WW2 consisting of:

- WW2 pattern economy Serge jumper

- WW2 era Serge Bell Bottoms

- Cotton Flannel

- Blue Jean


Jumper is the post 1941 austerity type made of dark blue serge wool with original indigo ribbons. It has a two button cuff but misses 1 of the buttons.


Bell bottoms are of the same material and if the post 1932 type with blue and white cotton ticking to the liner - a very good pair made by Flemings of Portsmouth.


Flannel is stained in places  with a couple of period repairs


Blue Jean has one period replacement ribbon but rest original

Inside arm: 20.5 inches

Armpit to armpit: 21 inches (40-42 chest)

Length down back: 27 inches


Bell Bottoms

Waist: 32 inches

Inside leg: 31  inches


Flannel

Armpit to armpit: 22 inches

Length down back: 26 inches
