The camera still takes great photos. It's just that the in body stabilization has stopped working. This is only a problem when using long lenses, or in low light. 

The trim ring on the front of the lens is missing also, but the lens funtions perfectly. No scratches or dust on the lens.

The body is in great condition except for the IBIS problem. 

I have always had a screen protector on the LCD since I have owned it. 

It comes with everything you see in the pictures.
