Original Kingdom of Romania Loyal Service Medal (Medalia "Serviciu Credincios") 2nd Class Type 1 1878-1932

The Romanian Loyal (faithful) Service Medal was instituted in 1878 and was awarded for long or meritorious service to both civilians and members of the military. It could also be awarded to foreigners. The Type 1 medal was awarded until 1932 in two classes. The Class I was gilt; Class II was silvered.
