Vintage Lisa Frank Blossom Bear Pencil Pouch Snap Pockets, Zipper, & Mirror, 11.75"x9.75".  The item has some issues, the mirror is scratched, the zipper does not work (it slides back and forth, but does not zip closed. Did not find any scratches on the graphics, could not find any tears in the plastic. The snaps work great! Much loved.
