Complete copy with cover and all pages firmly attached at all staples.  Flaws include corner/spine wear, spine stress lines, edge chips, minor edge tears, minor creases, browning, and light soiling/foxing.  It would grade in the Very Good range in my not-a-professional-grader opinion.  Examine the photos and judge the grading for yourself before bidding.
