Item up for sale is an impressive vintage mixed metal standing bell with a Chinese dragon motif. This piece has no maker's mark that we can see. Frame for the bell has the ornate dragon design with the frame being constructed of brass. The bell itself has a brass tone and tests as slightly magnetic so with some of the finish wear on the interior revealing a silver tone metal. Item was not found with a chime hammer and will not come with one. Bell portion has no interior clanger and no setup to show it was it was made to have one. Metal rings connecting the bell to the frame show tarnish, patina and surface rust. All brass shows tarnish and patina. Item as a whole could use a detail cleaning and polish. Metal shows no cracks or breaks. Item measures 8" top to bottom by 7-1/8" across the widest point by 3-1/2" in depth at the base. Fantastic piece that comes fresh to the market.
