I am sorry but I am unable to accept returns simply because you have changed your mind about the item or because it doesn't fit. Dispatch Time:

Your item will be posted either the same or next working day after payment is received. 

Parcel not received?

Please only contact me after a minimum of 7 days after dispatch date as elapsed - this allows for a reasonable delivery time. 

I always obtain proof of posting and I usually always send parcels by recorded delivery so I should be able to track your item and resolve the problem for you.
