Condition

We always take as many HD pictures as we can to give you an accurate idea of the condition of the item. Please check all the images and the description before bidding/purchasing and if you have any questions, we are only too happy to help.

Payment

If you purchase multiple items, please request an invoice before you pay, we will then send you an invoice with combined postage discount if we are able to offer this depending on size and weight of purchases.

Shipping

We endeavour to ship your purchases within 3 business days of payment received. All our parcels are securely packaged and posted using Royal Mail. Larger Packages are sent using Parcelforce 48. Of note we will sometimes reuse packaging to do our bit to help the environment. If you have any issues tracking an item, please contact us.

Returns

In the unlikely event you are dissatisfied with one of our products, we offer a 14 day returns policy.

Please note that the buyer is responsible for returns postage costs.
