LP - Both sides VG with light scratches that do not affect play. Side 1 has a label issue with some stains. The label lost adhesive on the edge and is held in place by black tape along the right edge runout. The tape does not touch the play area as shown in the picture.

Blue Note Inner Sleeve is included but is no longer adhesive.
