We can’t accept returns on items sold in new condition that have been opened (i.e open package/removed plastic) or used. All returns must be returned in the same condition as they went out. Any items sold in new condition are sold as is, since we cannot perform a test without opening, any issues should be addressed with the manufacturer. Lastly, our 9 year old daughter loves to draw, so your package  may have a fun doodle from her on it, please enjoy!
