Fabulous Vintage Linen Baby / Shell Pink 1920s Flapper Sundress Dress.  This is probably an 1950s reconstruction of a 1920s dress.  Nicely made with kick-pleat detail at sides, Hip level patch pockets, unusual button-through back with vintage pink plastic/celluloid buttons and typical of period, hip-level half-belt.  Quality fabric, which hangs nicely.

Measurements (actual measurements of garment laid flat - please do allow room for ease when calculating your own measurements against how this garment will fit, since it is made to be loose-fitting):

Underarm to underarm: 18.5" (47cms)

Hip measurement: 19.5" (49.5cms) - meant to fit hips loosely

Front Length (Measured from mid-centre front neckline to hem): 36.5" (92.5cms)

Back Length (measured from mid-centre back of garment to hem): 31.5" (80cms)

Condition:

Extremely good, clean, used vintage condition.  Three flaws to note: Photos 11 & 12 show a single faint light orange stain mark on the front of the dress.  Photos 13 and 14 show two areas of light marks on the back of the dress.  I have not tried to clean the dress, these may well come out.  They are not prominent ~ the ones on the back are more noticeable than the one on the front.

Postage is always at cost to you, the Buyer - and if there is any difference, I will refund this to you.  More valuable items will be sent by registered ‘Signed For’ post in order to protect both buyer & seller.  I always obtain proof of posting.  I always combine postage costs on multiple items.

Please make all auction payments within 3 days.

Returns:  Please note that I do not accept returns unless I've made an error in my listing description.  I list all measurements carefully, so please study listing photos & description (including comparing measurements given) before bidding/buying.  Vintage garments tend to allow less ease for fit than modern so it’s important the Buyer satisfies themselves in this regard by double-checking info.

Thanks for looking!

Overseas Customers:

Brexit Update: I'm happy to post overseas – however I am now only using Ebay's Global Shipping Programme, as I have experienced too many parcels going missing with other couriers ~ coupled with appalling customer service when trying to track down the parcel, or worst case, obtain a refund for the lost item.  Albeit expensive, this unfortunately seems safest for both the buyer and the seller and although eye-watering, the costs re customs etc are at least transparent before you bid or buy and there is swift recompense if anything goes wrong in transit

It is very sad we are all being penalised. Thank you for your understanding and patience in relation to the added cost of now buying from overseas.
