Shimano Deore XT Reverse action Rear Derailleur.

RD-M760 SGS cage (X-long 101mm cage)

Shimano's first Deore XT level reverse action mech.

(Rest low/Low normal-  it rests at the lowest/largest sprocket)

It's pre used but in excellent condition, it looks to of covered hardly any distance and definitely has never done any hard work! You might find a few very minor cosmetic imperfections if you look hard enough! (See pics)

(I actually bought this as NOS it's not ,it's just in excellent condition. I see more and more people trying to pass components off as new just because they've in very good condition!!)

The original XT pulleys both look like new.

(Ceramic sleeve guide and a sealed caged ball race at the bottom)
