Reasonable vintage condition 

There is a small edge area where the patent is lifting off the leather at the two top crease edges of the flap.

No-one would see this and it would not detract from your enjoyment of owning the bag.

This could be repaired with a small amount of black gloss paint or nail varnish.

I have of course accounted for this in the asking price.
