• Magazine is brand new NM-MT condition at the least.  Magazine was taken out of the mailing plastic wrap and placed in a comic book / magazine top loader.  Was never read!

• Please refer to the pictures provided as it will be the buyer's responsibility to check the condition of the magazine as I am not a professional grader.  

• There is some minor white corners on all sides and along the spine.  Back cover has a small barely noticeable crease.  It is in excellent condition compared to others sold.

• Magazine will ship within 48 hours after receiving confirmed payment via USPS First Class Package unless noted otherwise.
