Figure only, does not include key or any of the extras.  Missing blue feet pieces, maybe missing other pieces as well (I don't think so but not an expert) so figure sold "as is". It does transform and guns do swing out (not sure whether they fire though, can't test as I don't have original missiles).  There are a couple light red marks on the front (see last picture)
