Vintage Singer USA pinker, pinking machine Hand Crank - Ball Bearing construction

Approximately 4" wide and 5" high

The green felt has some wear (see picture). The front guard over the cutter looks bent but maybe it is made that way. Please ask questions because I have no idea how this works. Shipping with USPS.
