Box is for Wheeljack but character inside is Jhiaxus.  Your guess is as good as mine.  I took pictures of all the tape seals...it must have was opened and swapped and retaped. I'm not sure what happened.  The Transformer inside still has the wires securing it to the cardboard so it hasn't been used/played with.  This is from a clearance rack at a local store so I dont know what happened before I got it but sold as is because Im not exactly sure how to list it...priced down for this reason
