Girl's Sz 4-6 Black Purple and Pink Witch Costume Light-up Skirt Costumes USA

The dress is in very good pre-owned condition, free of stains, hoes, & pulls. The dress features blinking lights under the skirt's layers of tulle. The hat is in poor condition. The outer ring of the hat's brim has a break in the stiff boning on the edge of the hat's brim. The rim of the hat will not stay open do to the break making it difficult to wear. A nice costume, even without the matching hat. The dress could easily be a princess dress.
