Made of plastic with rubber fastening.

Used once. Only selling as I decided I didn't want to do my hair that often and so not worth keeping as I don't have much storage space. They have picked up a little discolouration/marks mostly in storage but work fine. A couple of them the plastic is a little warped (examples in pictures) but again, they work fine even so and majority are not like that and it doesn't affect functionality.
